Cookie Policy

Private office property uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the website working, to remember preferences such as your currency and language, to protect forms, and to understand how the site performs. This page lists what we use and how to change your choices.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session identifiers, pixels and server logs. Together they let a site recognise your browser between page views and between visits.

2. Categories we use

Required for the website to work. They keep your session active, protect forms against cross-site request forgery, balance server load and support security checks. These are set without consent because the site cannot function without them. Blocking them will break forms, preferences and security features.

Remember choices you make, such as your selected currency and language version, so you do not have to set them again.

Help us count visits, see which listings and guides are used, and find errors and slow pages. Set only with your consent.

Set by external platforms when we embed or activate their services, for example to measure a campaign or to enable a social or messaging widget. Set only with your consent.

3. Cookies on this website

We review this table when we change the tools we use. If you spot something on this site that is not listed here, please tell us at privateofficeth@gmail.com.

  • XSRF-TOKEN — privateoffice.ltd — protects forms against cross-site request forgery — 2 hours — strictly necessary.
  • private-office-property-session — privateoffice.ltd — keeps the encrypted browsing session active — 2 hours — strictly necessary.
  • currency — privateoffice.ltd — remembers the selected display currency — up to 12 months — preference.
  • Language is stored in the URL prefix and does not use a cookie.
  • private-office-cookie-consent — browser local storage — stores essential/analytics choice until deleted — strictly necessary.
  • Google Analytics identifiers — Google — measure visits and traffic sources only after consent — duration follows the configured Google Analytics retention — analytics.
  • Marketing cookies — none currently used.

4. Local storage and server logs

Some preferences and interface states are held in your browser's local storage rather than in a cookie. Our servers also keep access logs containing IP address, request time, page requested and user agent, which we use for security and troubleshooting. Retention of those logs is covered in our Privacy Policy.

5. Your choices

When you first visit, you can accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change that decision at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not reduce your access to listings.

6. Browser controls

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers let you refuse third-party cookies specifically. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will make forms, preferences and security features work less reliably.

7. Third-party services

External tools such as maps, analytics, social networks, messaging platforms, video embeds and advertising services may set their own cookies when you interact with them. Links to WhatsApp, Telegram, Line and social networks are governed by those platforms. Review their own privacy and cookie policies before using them.

8. Updates

We may update this policy when the website, our tools or legal requirements change. The "last updated" date at the top shows the current version.
