1. Reporting an inaccurate or outdated listing
Send the listing URL or property ID to privateofficeth@gmail.com with the subject line "Listing correction", and tell us what looks wrong — price, availability, size, photographs, location, ownership path or anything else.
We check every report against the mandate holder. If the listing is wrong we correct it; if the property is no longer available we withdraw it. We will tell you the outcome either way.
Target response: 3 working days.
2. Complaining about our service
Write to privateofficeth@gmail.com with the subject line "Complaint", or call +66822344067 and ask for the person handling complaints.
Please include:
Detail helps. A complaint with dates and a listing reference gets resolved far faster than a general one.
- your name and the best way to reach you;
- the property, listing URL or reference involved;
- dates and the names of anyone you dealt with;
- what happened, in your own words;
- what outcome you are looking for.
3. What happens next
- Acknowledgement — within 3 working days. We confirm we have your complaint and give you a reference.
- Investigation — within 15 working days. We review the file, the correspondence and the listing history, and speak to the people involved.
- Written response. We tell you what we found, whether we agree, and what we will do about it.
- Review. If you are not satisfied, reply and ask for the matter to be reviewed by a director. We will respond within a further 5 working days.
4. Privacy and data complaints
