1. Ownership
The design, structure, text, guides, market articles and database of this website are owned by Private office property Co., Ltd. or licensed to us, and are protected under the Copyright Act B.E. 2537 (1994) of Thailand and by international copyright conventions.
Property photographs, renders, videos and floor plans may be owned by the property owner, the developer or the photographer, and licensed to us for marketing that property. Their appearance here does not make them free to reuse.
2. What you may do
You may view listings and guides, print or save pages for your own private use, and share links to any page on this website. Quoting a short extract with a clear credit and a link back is fine.
3. What you may not do
Without our written permission you may not republish our text, photography or floor plans on another website or in print; copy our listing database in whole or in substantial part; use our photography in your own property advertising; use our name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement; or remove watermarks, credits or metadata.
Systematic extraction of content, including for machine learning training, is dealt with in our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. If your copyright has been infringed on this website
We respect the rights of photographers, agencies and developers, and we act on well-founded notices. Send your notice to privateofficeth@gmail.com with the subject line "Copyright notice", marked for the attention of privateofficeth@gmail.com.
Please include all of the following, or we may not be able to act:
- Your name, organisation, postal address, email address and telephone number.
- Identification of the work you say has been infringed — for example the original photograph, with the date and circumstances it was created.
- The exact URL or URLs on privateoffice.ltd where the material appears, and enough detail to locate it on the page.
- Evidence that you own the copyright or are authorised to act for the owner.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
- Your signature, electronic or physical.
5. What we do with a notice
We acknowledge receipt, review the notice, and check our licence records for the material. Where a claim appears well-founded we remove or replace the material promptly, and we notify whoever supplied it to us. Where a claim is unclear we will ask you for more information before acting.
Nothing on this page limits your right to seek a court order under the Copyright Act, and it does not constitute a submission to any foreign takedown regime.
6. If your material was removed and you believe that was wrong
Write to the same address setting out why you are entitled to use the material, with your contact details and any licence, release or assignment you rely on. We will review it and, where the objection is well-founded, restore the material and tell the original complainant.
7. Repeat infringement
We will end our working relationship with any owner, developer, photographer or partner agency that repeatedly supplies us with material they were not entitled to license.
8. Licensing requests
To use our photography or written content legitimately, write to privateofficeth@gmail.com with the subject line "Licensing" and tell us what you want to use and where. We answer these.
