This policy sets out what you may and may not do on privateoffice.ltd, including how search engines, AI assistants and other automated tools may use our public pages. It forms part of our Terms of Use.
Last updated Oct 26, 2026
It applies to everyone who accesses this website or submits anything through it, visitors, buyers, owners, developers and partner agencies, and to operators of crawlers, bots, AI agents and other automated tools.
You must not use this website:
Property details, photographs, floor plans, documents and messages you send us must be accurate, must not be misleading about price, size, condition, ownership or availability, and must not infringe anyone else's rights. You must own the material or be permitted to share it, and you must not submit third-party confidential information.
Content must not be unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening or discriminatory. Property advertising in particular must not express a preference or limitation based on nationality, religion, ethnicity, family status or disability.
Our robots.txt file (including its Content-Signal line: search=yes, ai-input=yes, ai-train=yes) and our llms.txt file describe the current position for automated agents. Admin, account, OAuth and private endpoints are excluded from crawling. If we change these files, the files take precedence over this section for automated access.
We encourage attribution: where our content is shown, quoted or summarised, please name Private Office Property and link to the source page, and treat prices and availability as point-in-time values that the live listing page confirms.
We want our public listings, guides and market content to be found and cited. Subject to the limits in section 5, you may:
Automated access must not:
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system; probe or test its vulnerability without our written permission; interfere with its operation; or introduce malicious code. You must not overload our forms or infrastructure, whether deliberately or through poorly configured automation. If you find a security issue, report it to privateofficeth@gmail.com with the subject line "Security".
Where we consider this policy has been breached we may withdraw access, block IP addresses, user agents or networks, remove submitted material, retain records of the incident, and report the matter to law enforcement or take legal action. We will cooperate with any lawful authority requesting the identity of anyone breaching this policy.
To report abuse of this website, a fraudulent listing, a suspicious enquiry or a service misrepresenting our listings, write to privateofficeth@gmail.com with the subject line "Report abuse".
We may update this policy as risks and technology change. The "last updated" date at the top shows the current version.
