. ABOV Patong is a five-storey condominium in Patong, Phuket, 100 metres from the beach. It is part of a mixed-use complex that will include two hotels: Ascott Abov Patong Phuket Resort (254 rooms) and voco Phuket Patong (IHG, 307 rooms), with the latter scheduled to open in 2028. The Ascott Limited will brand and manage the residences. There will be 147 residences with one or two bedrooms, ranging from 44 to 113 sqm. Prices start at THB 10.05 million. Both freehold (foreign quota) and leasehold are available. Units come fully furnished and equipped. Some one-bedroom layouts have direct access to the pool. Upper floors feature sea views. Completion is scheduled for Q4 2026, and sales have not yet opened. The payment plan starts with a 40% down payment, with the balance spread over the construction period. On-site amenities will include a restaurant, a gym, a cinema room and a swimming pool with a kids' pool. Patong is a well-developed tourist area on Phuket, with Jungceylon and Big C nearby and Bangla Road nightlife close by.
