. On Soi Ta-iad in Chalong on Phuket, known as Phuket’s Fitness Street, construction of Aceller Hotel & Residence is scheduled to begin in Q3 2026. It is a condominium with hotel management. The hotel will operate under the TRYP by Wyndham brand. The complex will have six eight-storey buildings with 419 one-bedroom units of 29-35 sq m. Starting price is 3.25 million THB. Units come fully furnished and are available on freehold in the foreign quota. Payment is spread over construction: 30% at contract signing and 5% at title transfer. Completion is scheduled for Q1 2029. Amenities include a semi-Olympic pool, gym, yoga area and an inclined jogging track, the first on Soi Ta-iad. A separate three-storey clubhouse will house a lounge, co-working space and recovery zone. Robinson Lifestyle Chalong, Makro, Chalong Hospital and the pier are within walking distance. The sea is 2.6 km away. Athletes coming for training camps rent accommodation for months, and rental demand on Soi Ta-iad is steady.
