. In Bang Tao, Phuket, Aileen Residence Bangtao is being built by Aileen Development. The gated community will have 42 villas, each with a private pool, parking, and a smart home system. Bang Tao Beach is 4 km away, Phuket International Airport is 12 km, and Makro, Lotus's, Porto de Phuket, and Laguna Golf are within a few minutes' drive. There will be 24/7 security, CCTV, and landscaped gardens. The single-storey villas offer three or four bedrooms and floor areas from 150 to 240 sqm. Construction of each villa starts after the down payment and takes about a year, so some homes will be completed before the whole project, with full completion scheduled for Q4 2027. The development will also include a communal pool, a fitness room, a sauna, and a co-working space. Prices start at 8.95 million THB. Foreign buyers get a 30-year leasehold with two renewals. Thai nationals can buy freehold. The monthly maintenance fee is 8,500 THB, paid annually in advance.
