. In Pasak, the residential part of Cherngtalay on Phuket's west coast, Annara Residences is being built as a gated village of nine two-storey villas. Two layouts are on offer, four and five bedrooms, from 445 to 656 sq m, and the developer is Fivewood Estate. The plot is set in greenery, with a swimming pool and an EV charging station planned on site. The sea is 3.2 km away, Bang Tao being the closest beach. Porto de Phuket, Villa Market and Boat Avenue are a few minutes' drive, and the Laguna golf course, clinics and an international kindergarten are close by. Prices start at THB 41.5 million. A deposit is paid at reservation, a third at the signing of the contract, and the rest in stages as construction proceeds. Freehold is available to Thai nationals, and the common fee is 25 THB per square metre per month. A show villa is open for viewing. Construction is in progress, with handover scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.
