The sea is about 3 km away, Bang Tao and Layan beaches are 8-10 km off, and the airport is 15 km from the site. There is no public transport in the area, so a car or taxi is needed for most trips. Robinson mall, a supermarket and a pharmacy are close by for everyday shopping. Payment is spread across the build: a quarter of the price at contract signing, the rest in instalments as construction progresses. The shared grounds will have a swimming pool and a lounge, and the villas are offered with freehold title for Thai citizens.
