. The pool villas of Balco Bangtao Beach sit 400 metres from the beach at Bang Tao, beside the Catch Beach Club, on Phuket's west coast. Thai developer Origin Property is building the project as part of the wider Origin Resort World Phuket development, with clubhouses, communal pools and restaurants around the villas. Laguna, Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket are a short drive away. Bang Tao is the longest beach on the island. The complex holds 19 villas in two layouts. The Signature type covers 355 sqm with three bedrooms and five bathrooms. The Legacy type covers 490 sqm with four bedrooms. Every villa has a private pool, covered parking and a rooftop terrace with a pavilion and jacuzzi. Facades combine protruding balconies inspired by Venetian palazzi with modern Bali styling. Prices start at THB 38.5 million. Thai nationals can take freehold titles. Foreign buyers purchase through a long-term leasehold arrangement. Most of the price falls due before completion, with the final payment at handover. Construction is scheduled to finish in the first quarter of 2029.
