Bang Thao Beach, Choeng Thale, Si Sunthon, Thalang District, Phuket Province, Thailand. Ten villas of Banyan Tree Beach Residences Aegir are being built on the Bang Tao beachfront in Phuket, 200 metres from the water, inside the gated Laguna Phuket estate. The original Banyan Tree Phuket hotel stands nearby. Spas, restaurants, a shopping village and the Laguna golf course all belong to the same resort. Each villa covers 793 m² on a 480 m² plot and faces west over the Andaman Sea. A private pool and jacuzzi are planned on the terrace. Inside, two levels hold four en-suite bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room. The villa costs 265 million baht. Banyan Group handles the management: round-the-clock concierge, professional property management and a rental programme. Half of the sum falls due after construction is complete, and the payment plan runs up to five years. Completion is set for 2026.
