Bang Thao Beach, Choeng Thale, Si Sunthon, Thalang District, Phuket Province, Thailand. Inside the gated Laguna Phuket resort community on Phuket's Bang Tao coast, six townhouses are being built under the name Banyan Tree Beach Residences Nammu. The project is developed by Banyan Group, and owners get the group's hotel services: 24-hour concierge, property management and a rental programme. A spa, a restaurant and a gym are planned on the grounds. Each home has 468 sqm across four floors, with three bedrooms, a private pool, a lift and parking. Windows face the sea, and the beach is 200 metres away. The resort sits at the northern end of Bang Tao, close to Layan Beach, Laguna Golf and the Boat Avenue shopping centre, with Phuket International Airport 10 km away. There is no public transport in the area, so a car or taxi is the way to get around. The starting price is THB 115 million. Freehold ownership is available to Thai nationals. A 20% down payment is due on signing, with the rest spread across construction stages and the handover. Completion is set for the second quarter of 2026.
