Prices start at 14.12 million THB, and foreigners can buy freehold. Each rooftop will carry an infinity pool overlooking the lagoon. The complex will also have a gym, garden, concierge and security. Sales opened at an early stage. Completion is set for the fourth quarter of 2029. A 20% deposit is due on signing, with the rest spread across construction milestones. Maintenance and the sinking fund cost 100 THB per sqm each. Rentals will be handled by Banyan Living, the resort's management arm. Villa Market and Porto de Phuket are a short drive away, and Phuket airport is 12 km from the project.
