. In Bang Po, on the north coast of Samui, Boho Chic Village is under construction. The five villa types come with private pools and range from 143 to 507 sqm. Bang Po beach is about 400 meters away, a five-minute walk. Completion is scheduled for Q4 2026. Sales are open at an early stage. Construction uses steel tube frames with 15 cm insulation and ceramic-coated metal roofing. Finishes include travertine flooring, microcement and Jotun exterior coating. Villas are sold fully furnished: teak, rattan, and cassette air conditioners. Prices start from 5.8 million THB and go up to 9.5 million. Foreigners can buy on a 30-year leasehold. Thai nationals can own freehold. The monthly maintenance fee is 2,000 THB. Payments are staged across construction milestones, from contract signing to handover. Each villa will have its own pool. The development will also include a common pool, parking and security.
