The houses have three or four bedrooms and 288 to 429 sq. m of living space. The price is THB 23.25 million. The compound lies 4.3 km from the sea, with Bang Tao beach the closest. There is no public transport, so a car or taxi is the only way around. Makro Thalang and Super Cheap, an international kindergarten, clinics and the Laguna golf course and spa are a short drive away. Freehold is available to Thai nationals, and the rental yield for the estate is estimated at 6.7%. On site there is a swimming pool and a gym.
