Big C supermarket and several well-rated restaurants are within walking distance. Livelier nightlife starts farther off, toward Surin. Units range from 46 to 191 sqm, with duplexes and select apartments with private pools among the layouts. Prices start at 6.21 million THB, freehold is available in the foreign quota, and the monthly maintenance fee is 80 THB per sqm.
