. Crescent Bay Beachfront Villas is under construction on Cape Panwa, in the southeast of Phuket. The architectural concept is inspired by the phases of the moon: each villa faces the sea, and every room has a view of the ocean. There are only three villas in the project, each on its own plot. Each villa has a floor area from 903 to 1,619 sq.m., with five or six bedrooms, a private pool and parking. The sea is 100 metres away. This is a quiet peninsula. Ao Yon, Rawai and Kata Noi beaches are a short drive away. Prices start at THB 152 million. Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2026. Payments are linked to construction milestones. The service charge is THB 40 per sq.m. per month, and the sinking fund is THB 500 per sq.m. The developer is Insaf Phuket Panwa Limited. Thai nationals can buy on a freehold basis.
