. Dominion Rawai is a 68-unit condominium under construction in Rawai, on the southern edge of Phuket. Rawai Beach is about 300 metres from the site. Nai Harn Beach, better for swimming, is a five-minute drive. The neighbourhood is quiet, with local restaurants and a Super Cheap supermarket within walking distance. Units range from 32 to 64 m² and are delivered turnkey. Floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies face the ocean or a palm grove. Prices start at THB 4.99 million, and freehold is available in the foreign quota. Facilities will include a swimming pool, a children's pool, a lobby and underground parking with CCTV. Construction is at the finishing stage, and completion is scheduled for Q2 2026. The payment plan starts with 25% on signing, then stage payments during construction, and the final 40% can be paid after handover or spread over ten years. A one-time sinking fund is THB 800 per square metre.
