. Enigma Residence is under construction in Rawai, a quiet residential area in the south of Phuket. The 164-unit condo is 500 meters from the sea. Rawai Beach is within walking distance, and Nai Harn Beach is a short drive. Super Cheap supermarket is 900 meters away, and restaurants and cafes are nearby. The project offers studios and one- and two-bedroom units from 35 to 97 sq m, some with sea views. Prices start from THB 3.94 million. Each unit will include a smart home system. The complex will have a pool, gym, sauna and co-working space. There are EV chargers and a shuttle to the beach. Maintenance will be THB 75 per sq m per month, and the sinking fund is THB 650 per sq m. A 35% down payment is required at signing. The balance follows construction milestones. Completion is scheduled for Q4 2026.
