Pa Sak ป่าสัก, Amphoe Thalang, Chang Wat Phuket 83110, Thailand. ETRO Residences on Phuket, in the Layan area, is a collection of just six residences inside Gardens of Eden, a resort complex created together with the Italian fashion house ETRO. The complex covers 122,000 m², around 70% of which will be gardens and water landscapes. The building is going up 200 metres from Layan Beach, next to Sirinat National Park and about 9 km from the airport. Supermarkets, restaurants and the shops of Boat Avenue sit in the Laguna area, a few minutes by car. Apartments will span 143 to 467 m² with two to four bedrooms, and some units will have a private pool. Ownership is freehold within the foreign quota. The first payment is half the price and the reservation deposit is 500,000 THB. Architecture and interiors are by The One Atelier, with furnishings curated by ETRO Home Interiors. The project will have an infinity pool, a gym, a spa and a restaurant. The hotel and branded residences of the resort are set to run under a single management and service system. Construction is due to finish in 2027, and the starting price is 78 million THB.
