Rawai, Mueang Phuket District, Phuket Province, 83130, Thailand. Harmony stands in Rawai, a fifteen-minute drive from Kata and Karon beaches, and about seven hundred metres from the sea. The condominium was completed in June 2025, so the common areas are already in use: an infinity pool, a gym with a sauna, a co-working space, a garden and a rooftop bar. The complex has two low-rise buildings of seven and four floors, with 33 residences in total - studios, one- and two-bedroom units and duplexes ranging from 33 to 94 m². Every apartment comes with a smart-home system controlled from a tablet, and the furniture package is included at no extra cost. The classic facades were designed by the Thai studio RDM. Prices start at 4.69 million THB; both freehold within the foreign quota and leasehold are available. Rawai itself works well for daily errands: the Makro hypermarket is 1.4 km away, and there are fitness clubs and spas within a short drive. Nai Harn beach is ten minutes by car. Owners who plan to rent out their unit can join the Harmony Group club programme, which offers discounts on car and yacht rentals, and track rental income through the Harmony App. The maintenance fee is 80 THB per m² per month, with a sinking fund of 600 THB per m².
