The plans also include a library with co-working space, a kids club, a fitness room and a round-the-clock concierge. Prices start at 9.32 million THB, with a 35% initial payment and the balance spread across the construction stages. Nightlife is concentrated in Patong, five kilometres away, and there are no bars or clubs near the project. The beach is a four-minute walk. Karon Avenue mall and Karon Park are close by. There is no public transport in the immediate area. Handover is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.
