Each villa has its own pool on a plot of 348-743 m², with built areas from 119 to 206 m² and two, three or four bedrooms. Prices start at 22 million THB. The sea is 800 m away. Kata Noi and Nai Harn beaches are minutes away by car, and Makro is 1.4 km away for groceries, with well-rated restaurants nearby. In addition to the private pools, the complex has a shared pool, a gym and a lobby. Completion is set for Q4 2026, with payments spread across construction milestones. Freehold is available to Thai nationals. The complex is run by its own on-site team, and the maintenance fee is 33 THB per m² per month. Pets are welcome.
