Development Laguna Lake Residences Aster

Project

Namm spa boutique, 101/2, Soi Cherngtalay 16, Choeng Thale, Si Sunthon, Thalang District, Phuket Province, 83110, Thailand. The condominium Laguna Lake Residences Aster is taking shape on the shore of a lagoon inside the Laguna Phuket resort on Phuket's west coast, roughly a kilometre on foot from Bang Tao beach. The area has been run by Banyan Group for decades, with its hotels, golf course, spas and club facilities. The development is two buildings with 56 residences of one to three bedrooms, from 56 to 113 square metres, offered as freehold in the foreign quota or leasehold. The purchase campaign includes full furnishing and a year of free service. Owners also receive membership in The Sanctuary Club, with discounts at the group's hotels, spas and golf courses worldwide. Everyday needs are close at hand: the Villa Market supermarket and the Porto de Phuket mall are within 700 metres, and a clinic is nearby. Phuket airport is 12 km away by car. The project includes a concierge service and a rental programme. Handover is scheduled for 2027, and the starting price is 10.57 million THB. Payment is spread across the construction period in equal installments, and part of the amount can be moved into post-completion financing.
