Project
28C5+R8, Choeng Thale, Thalang District, Phuket 83110, Thailand. On Phuket's north-west coast, in Bang Tao, Lakelands Waterside Residences is being built as a 79-unit condominium within the Laguna Lakelands masterplan, part of the Laguna Phuket resort ecosystem. The project sits on land of lakes, hills and forest, split into themed precincts linked by walking trails, with a town centre and a hillside adventure park in the plan. The buildings are low-rise: the seven-storey Fern and Orchid blocks hold one-to-three-bedroom units, with a 60-metre infinity pool planned on the roof, and the four-storey Lily and Lotus blocks offer two-to-three-bedroom layouts, some with a private infinity pool. Sizes across the complex run from 48 to 260 m², and every unit comes furnished. Owners receive membership in The Sanctuary Club, with discounts at Banyan Group hotels, spas and golf courses worldwide, and three-bedroom units include a golf membership at Laguna Phuket Golf Club. The project has its own beach club, and Layan beach is 1.9 km away. The starting price is 8 million THB, and both freehold in the foreign quota and leasehold are on sale. Payments are spread across the construction period, with the final instalment due on handover, and deferred payment plans are available. The maintenance fee is 50 THB per m² per month and the sinking fund is 100 THB per m². Completion is scheduled for 2027.
