. Five finished villas form the Larimar Villa complex in Chalong, a residential district on the south side of Phuket, and three of them are still on sale. Each is a two-storey house of 339 m² with four bedrooms, a private pool in the garden, and it comes furnished. Athena Developer built the project. The grounds include a gym, a garden and a pet park. A villa costs THB 17.8 million, and for Thai citizens the ownership is freehold. Everything for daily life is close at hand: the elephant sanctuary is 290 m from the complex, and the Robinson mall with a Lotus's supermarket is about two kilometres away. The maintenance fee is THB 40 per m² per month. The sea is 3.7 km away, and Karon and Patong beaches are a short drive.
