Chalong is a well-established district with a marina and easy connections to the main roads. The sea is 3.9 km away, and BCIS international school is roughly a five-minute drive. The villas will have 4-5 bedrooms and floor areas from 425 to 663 sq.m. Prices start at 24.5 million THB. Each villa will be equipped with a smart home system, and the project will include a shared pool, sauna, spa and gym. Construction is underway, with completion set for Q1 2028. Payments are scheduled across construction stages, with the final 10% due at handover. Freehold is available for Thai citizens. Transfer costs are split 50/50 between buyer and seller. The annual plot maintenance fee is a fixed 6,000 THB.
