Radisson Hotel Group will manage the complex, and its 572 residences are sold furnished to hotel standard. Pets are allowed on the premises, and on-site facilities will include a swimming pool with a pool bar, a restaurant and a gym. Flats range from 24 m² studios to 76 m² two-bedroom apartments and are sold freehold within the foreign quota. The hotel management programme guarantees owners 6% income for the first five years and up to 30 free nights a year for personal stays. The starting price is 7.88 million THB. A 100,000 THB reservation deposit holds the unit, with the balance spread across the construction stages. Handover is scheduled for 2027. Layan Beach is within walking distance, the airport is close, and the Laguna area with its golf course and Porto de Phuket shopping centre is a short drive away.
