Nai Yang is a quiet residential area, with Sirinat National Park, Blue Canyon Country Club, supermarkets and local restaurants around. The villas have three bedrooms and range from 318 to 384 sq m. The starting price is 18 million THB. Completion is scheduled for Q1 2028. There is a swimming pool in the complex. A 35% payment is due upon signing the contract, the rest is paid in stages, with the final payment at handover. The villas are offered on a freehold basis for Thai nationals. The service charge is 55 THB per sq m per month, and the sinking fund is 500 THB per sq m.
