. In Cherngtalay, northern Phuket, Thailand, on the road between Thalang and Laguna, developer Manor Phuket is building a 46-villa community called Manor. It sits 5.1 km inland from the sea. The three-bedroom villas of 345-359 m² start at THB 26.6 million. The area is car-dependent. A small supermarket stands by the community, Makro and Lotus's are a 2.3 km drive, and Blue Tree shopping centre with its food hall is close by. The international schools Kajonkiet Thalang and Little Lions kindergarten are within ten minutes, the airport 12 km away, about twenty minutes. Construction is underway, with completion in the third quarter of 2027. Around a third of the price is paid up front, the balance across the construction stages. The community will have a swimming pool, a gym, a playground and a co-working space. Service charges are THB 15 per square metre a month, and the estimated rental yield is 6.8%. The villas are sold freehold to Thai nationals.
