. Monetaria Villas is under construction in Rawai, on the southern coast of Phuket. The development comprises 15 single-storey villas by ABC Developer Co., Ltd. Villas offer three or four bedrooms and living space from 274 to 374 sqm. On-site amenities include a swimming pool, a gym, a tennis court and a co-working space. Completion is scheduled for Q4 2028, and sales for the first phase are open. The sea is about 500 metres away, and Rawai Beach is 1.4 km from the villas. Two minimarts are within a kilometre, and several highly rated restaurants and a spa are within two kilometres. Prices start at THB 18.9 million. The payment plan covers construction: 90% is paid before transfer, with the remaining 10% due at villa transfer. An annual plot fee of THB 100,000 applies. Freehold is available to Thai nationals.
