. Each of the six villas at Narinsaya Pool Villas will have its own private pool and two or three bedrooms. The project is under construction in the Nai Thon area of northern Phuket, about a kilometre from the sea, with handover scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026. A shared lounge is planned on the grounds, and pets are allowed in the complex. The district is quiet and residential: villas and low-rise houses among wooded hills, away from the island's tourist zones. Phuket International Airport is about 3.5 km away, and local shops and a few restaurants are nearby. Prices start at THB 13.5 million. For Thai nationals the property is available on a freehold basis. Payments run through construction: 30% at contract signing, further instalments at each stage, and the final 10% at handover.
