. AAG Development is building Naturale Kamala, a villa complex in Kamala on Phuket's west coast. The sea is 100 m away, and Kamala Beach is about a kilometre on foot. Fourteen villas are planned, with three to five bedrooms and floor areas from 462 to 1,141 sqm. Every villa is designed with sea views. Villa Market and Big C are a five- or six-minute walk, and well-rated restaurants are close by. The development will include a swimming pool, a spa with jacuzzi and sauna, a gym and a barbecue area. The starting price is THB 58.5 million. Freehold is available to Thai citizens. The maintenance fee is THB 50 per sqm per month, and the sinking fund is THB 500 per sqm. Sales are open at an early stage, with completion scheduled for Q2 2028. Payments are spread across construction milestones.
