Development Nature's Rest Villa Saiyuan

Project

On the quiet Sai Yuan road in Rawai, southern Phuket, the villa development Nature's Rest Villa Saiyuan is taking shape. It is a small project - seven two-storey houses from 409 to 544 sq m, each with its own pool and three or four bedrooms. Prices start at 35.9 million THB, and completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027. Rawai is a calm residential corner of the island. Kata Noi and Nai Harn beaches are five minutes by car, and the sea lies 1.7 km away. A Lotus's Express minimart and the highly rated BOOST cafe are a ten-minute walk. Makro cash-and-carry sits a couple of kilometres off. There is no public transport in the area, so a car or scooter is needed. The gated grounds will have round-the-clock security and CCTV, and the clubhouse will hold a shared gym, a sauna and an onsen. Each plot will have covered parking for two cars and a western-style kitchen. Pets are welcome. Expected rental yield is 5.7%. Payments follow the construction milestones, with the final 10% due at transfer. Freehold is available to Thai nationals, and non-Thai buyers can use a leasehold.
