. Origin Place Centre Phuket is a condominium being built in Wichit, at the centre of Phuket island. Daily life sits around shops, clinics and the university: Central Phuket, the island's largest mall, is a six-minute walk away, the Prince of Songkla University campus is a kilometre from the entrance, and two Bangkok Hospital facilities and the Phuket Country Club golf course lie within a couple of kilometres. The sea is 4.7 km away. Three eight-storey buildings hold 210 residences of 27-49 sq m, from one- to two-bedroom layouts. The developer is Origin Property. Units are sold as freehold within the foreign quota, and prices start at THB 3.04 million. Half the payment is due before handover. Projected rental yield is 4.7%. Planned on site are a swimming pool, gym, co-working space and EV charging stations. The maintenance fee is THB 58 per sq m per month, with a THB 650 per sq m sinking fund. Sales are open at an early construction stage, with completion scheduled for Q1 2027.
