PEYLAA Phuket, Autograph Collection Residences is being built in Cherng Talay, Phuket, as the first Autograph Collection branded residences in Asia Pacific. Marriott International will manage both the residences and the adjacent hotel. Owners receive the ONVIA platform, Gold Elite status in the Marriott Bonvoy programme and an optional rental programme. Three seven-storey buildings will hold 263 residences with one or two bedrooms, from 46 to 87 sq.m. Units come fully furnished, and foreign buyers can take freehold title. Prices start at 7.74 million THB. The balance is spread over the construction period, with the final payment due at handover. The project is 1.3 km from the sea and 11 km from the airport, next to the Laguna golf course. Villa Market, Porto de Phuket and a handful of restaurants are close by. There is no public transport in the area. A car or a scooter is the practical way to get around. Bangkok-based developer Capstone Asset plans completion for 2028. The grounds will include an infinity pool, a children's playground, a gym and a co-working space. The hotel and its restaurant are scheduled to open in 2030. The monthly maintenance fee is 120 THB per sq.m, with a one-off sinking fund of 700 THB per sq.m.
