. On a hillside among tropical greenery in the Naithon area of Phuket, Phuvista 3 Naiyang is a completed pool-villa project of 11 private villas. Construction is complete, and handover is scheduled for Q1 2027. Each villa has a private pool, a garden and an outdoor lounge. The architecture follows a modern Balinese style, with open-plan interiors, large windows and sliding doors that connect the living areas to the garden. The villas have two, three or four bedrooms and range from 209 to 376 sq m. Prices start at THB 16.28 million. Thai nationals can own on a freehold basis. Seven of the eleven villas are available. On site there is a communal pool, a gym, a kids' zone and a spa, plus a shuttle service for residents. The maintenance fee is THB 20 per sq m per month, and the sinking fund is THB 400 per sq m. The sea is 1.2 km away. Phuket International Airport is 2.8 km from the villas, and Sirinat National Park is 2 km away. The nearest beaches, Nai Thon and Nai Yang, are reachable by car. Two small minimarts are within a kilometer. There is no public transport in this area, so getting around means a car or taxi.
