. Pirak Condominium Cherngtalay is being built in Cherng Talay on the northwest coast of Phuket, between Bang Tao and Layan beaches. Two low-rise buildings will contain 168 apartments, with completion scheduled for 2027. The layouts range from one-bedroom flats of 44 m² to three-bedroom apartments of 143 m², and prices start at 5.53 million baht. Ownership is freehold within the foreign quota. The developer, Pirak Property, sells the units fully furnished. The sea is 1.2 km from the site. Laguna Golf, the Canal Village and Boat Avenue malls and an international kindergarten are within a couple of kilometres, and Phuket International Airport is about fifteen minutes by car. The expected rental yield is 6%. On site there will be a lobby, a swimming pool, a children's pool, a jacuzzi, gardens and a gym. The maintenance fee is 35 baht per square metre per month. A reservation deposit of 100,000 baht is required, with 10% of the price paid at registration and the balance during construction.
