The sea is 1.3 km from the project, and Bang Tao and Layan beaches are two kilometres away. The complex sits close to the Laguna resort area, a well-established part of Phuket's west coast, with the golf course, Boat Avenue shopping and a Villa Market supermarket a short drive away. Phuket airport is 9.6 km away. A shared pool and a kids' pool are on the grounds. The monthly maintenance fee is THB 50 per square metre. Freehold ownership is available to Thai nationals.
