Bang Tao, Phuket, Thailand. Poetry Villas is being built in Cherng Talay, Phuket, 400 metres from Bang Tao Beach. The project includes 15 villas ranging from 529 to 561 sqm, each with a private pool. Prices start at THB 60.7 million. Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026. Freehold title is available to Thai nationals. The site lies between the beach and the Laguna estate. Catch Beach Club is a short walk away, and Villa Market and Lotus's Go Fresh in Boat Avenue are about a kilometre from the project. Each villa includes a smart-home system, a barbecue area and parking. The common areas will include a pool, gym, café, garden and access to the beach, plus 24-hour security. The maintenance fee is THB 30 per sqm per month. Phuket airport is a 25-minute drive, and the area around the project has beach clubs, restaurants and the Laguna golf course. The booking fee is THB 100,000. 28% is payable on signing the sales agreement, with the balance spread over construction milestones.
