. Quinta Lane Villas is a six-villa project under construction in Rawai, on the southern side of Phuket. Intira Villas builds four-bedroom houses of 178 m². The starting price is 15 million THB, and the sea is about 900 metres away. Makro is a short walk from the complex, Fresca - Kitchens & Deli is even closer, and Kata and Kata Noi beaches are a few minutes by car. There is no public transport nearby. Getting around is by car or motorbike. Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2027. Every villa has its own swimming pool. The maintenance fee is 30,000 THB per plot per year, and the sinking fund is 100,000 THB per plot per year. The payment plan splits the price into stages: 29% is due when signing the sale and purchase agreement, and the final 10% is paid on registration. Ownership is freehold for Thai nationals.
