Seventeen villas of Redwood Lakeside are being built on the shore of a lake in Cherngtalay, Phuket, between Bang Tao and Surin beaches. The sea is 2.4 km away. Every villa has its own pool, a smart home system, solar panels and reinforced thermal insulation. Built-up areas run from 314 to 793 sqm, with three or four bedrooms. The build is on schedule, with handover in the fourth quarter of 2027. Payments follow the stages of construction: one third of the price falls due when the sale agreement is signed, the rest is paid as the foundation, frame, walls and interior finishing are completed. The common fee is 30 THB per square metre per month. Supermarkets Lotus's, Villa Market and Tops, the Porto de Phuket mall and Boat Avenue, the international school in Laguna - all within a short drive from home. The beach clubs on Bang Tao are about five minutes by car, and Phuket International Airport is 14 km away. A shuttle takes residents to the beach and around the island. Alongside the private pools, the estate has a community centre with an open-air cafe, a European restaurant, barbecue areas and walking paths by the lake. Foreign buyers take villas on a 30-year leasehold. Thai nationals can purchase freehold. Prices start at 37.4 million THB.
