Residences at Garrya Phuket are rising inside the Laguna Phuket resort in Bang Tao, on Phuket's west coast, 200 metres from the sea. The hotel-managed complex will hold 72 apartments with one to three bedrooms and penthouses with private rooftop pools. Floor plans run from 57 to 316 m². Banyan Group, which also operates the Laguna resort, is the developer. The rental programme will be run by the Garrya Phuket hotel, with owners receiving 100% of rental income after the management fee. Ownership includes Sanctuary Club enrolment with privileges across the Banyan Group network. Deferred payments run up to 5 years. Laguna Phuket brings the surrounding infrastructure with it, including a golf course named Thailand's Best by the World Golf Awards, restaurants, spas and Rava Beach Club, the island's largest. Phuket International Airport is half an hour's drive away. Inside the complex there will be a jungle pool, a reflection pond, a wellness and spa zone and a beachfront club with a bar and a lap pool. The interiors have won the Asia Pacific Property Awards, and the terraces open onto sea views. The grounds are secured, with a concierge on site. Construction is scheduled to finish in 2028. Units are offered freehold within the foreign quota, with prices starting at 16.85 million THB.
