Prices start at 18.4 million THB, handover is set for the third quarter of 2026, and sales have not opened yet. The sea is 3.3 km away. The nearest beaches, Kamala and Bang Tao, are a 9-10 km drive, and there is no public transport within walking distance. From Koh Kaew it is easy to reach the airport, shopping malls and business areas of the island. Everyday places are close: supermarkets, Boat Lagoon and Royal Phuket Marina, Red Mountain golf course and Bangkok Hospital Phuket. The project is developed by Sansiri, one of Thailand's largest developers, and Setthasiri is its premium line of detached homes. The grounds will include a swimming pool, gym, children's playground and a garden. The service charge is 15 THB per sq m per month. The villas are offered freehold to Thai nationals, with most of the price due at handover.
