. Silva is being built in Pasak, the quiet residential corner of Cherngtalay in northern Phuket, an estate of four three-bedroom villas on a gated plot with a communal garden. Fivewood Estate is the developer. Each house is two storeys high, with a stone facade and timber louvres. The living room runs to double height and opens through full-height glazing to a private terrace and pool. All four villas carry the same price - THB 22.5 million. Built-up areas run from 290 to 350 sq m. Handover is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027. Until then the payment plan follows the construction stages: 34% at contract signing, the balance spread across the build. Ownership is freehold for Thai nationals. The sea is 3.7 km away. Laguna, with Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket, and HeadStart school are a short drive from the estate. The service charge is THB 25 per sq m a month and the sinking fund THB 500 per sq m. The registration fee is shared equally. Pets are allowed.
