Project
. On Phuket's east coast, in the Ratsada district across the bay from Koh Sire island, Supicha Development is building Sinae Residence: seven villas of 1,013 to 1,373 sq m. The houses stand 100 m from the water, and all seven look out over the bay. This stretch of coast has no beaches: the nearest, Ao Yon, is 13 km away, so reaching the sea for a swim takes a car. Each two-storey villa has four bedrooms and six bathrooms, with the interior alone covering more than a thousand square metres. Sales opened at an early stage. Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2027, and prices start at THB 75.17 million. Ownership is freehold, which Thai law restricts to Thai nationals. Ratsada is the settled mainland part of Phuket, with quick access to the island's business and residential areas. Lotus's supermarket, Rassada Pier with ferries to the islands and Bangkok Hospital are all a short drive away.
