. Skypark Elara Lakelands is a condominium that Banyan Group Residences is building in Bang Tao, Phuket, within Laguna Lakelands, next to the Laguna Phuket resort. The roof will carry its signature feature: an infinity pool, a barbecue terrace, lounges and walking paths overlooking forest and lagoons. The project has won four Asia Pacific Property Awards 2025-2026. Around it stretches a square kilometre of hills, forest and lakes with walking trails. Owners get access to all the resort facilities, including the 18-hole golf course, plus membership of The Sanctuary Club with discounts at Banyan Group hotels, spas and golf courses worldwide. Units range from 54 to 186 m² in one- to three-bedroom layouts in muted woodland tones, each with a balcony, and some plans include a foldable work closet for remote work. The building holds 134 residences. Bang Tao beach is 2.1 km away, and there is no public transport in the area, so a car or taxi is needed. Supermarkets, a pharmacy and Laguna's Canal Village shopping centre are nearby. Prices start at THB 8.29 million, with freehold available in the foreign quota alongside leasehold. The first payment is 20%, and the balance can be spread up to five years after handover. The service fee is THB 100 per square metre per month. Construction is underway, with completion scheduled for 2027, and owners can place units in the short-term rental programme Banyan Living.
