The project is part of the Origin Resort World Bangtao Beach Phuket complex. Catch Beach Club and Carpe Diem are within walking distance, Lotus's, Villa Market and Tops supermarkets sit close by, and the Laguna golf course is a short drive away. The grounds will include a garden, main and children's pools, a gym and co-working space. The maintenance fee is 45 THB per m² per month, and the one-off sinking fund is 700 THB per m². Expected rental yield is 6.8%. Half of the price is paid before completion, with the remainder due at handover.
