Studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments range from 30 to 75 sq m. Prices start at THB 4.18 million. Freehold titles are available in the foreign quota. A booking fee of THB 100,000 and a 25% down payment after booking are required. The balance is payable on transfer. Makro and Super Cheap supermarkets are close by, Kata Beach is a 1.2 km walk, and Karon Beach is a few minutes by car. The project will include a co-working space, a gym, a pool with jacuzzi and a garden. Maintenance is THB 60 per sq m per month and the sinking fund is THB 600 per sq m. Pets are not allowed unless the management company gives permission.
