. The gated Stella Estate Private Residences Bangtao sits in Cherng Talay, in the Thalang district on Phuket's west coast, and holds just five villas. Laguna Golf Phuket is a 1.2 km walk away, Bang Tao beach is 2.5 km off, and Porto de Phuket with the Villa Market supermarket is about two kilometres away. An international kindergarten and a clinic are nearby, and Phuket airport is 11 km from the gate. Public transport does not run in the area, so getting around means a car or a taxi. Prices start at 47.9 million THB. Freehold ownership is available to Thai nationals. The service fee runs to 250 THB per square metre a month, and the transfer fee is split between buyer and seller.
